TERMS OF USE

I want to start by thanking you all for visiting plushpout.com, and we hope you come back often!

As you already know, plushpout.com offers all our visitors full access to FREE layouts, icons, divs, questionnaires, horoscopes, advice, reviews and MUCH MORE. I am by no means a tight arse... but like EVERY other site we DO have some TERMS OF USE. They are as follows:

A)You leave the cute little plushpout.com credit on the layout. I spend tons of time creating these layouts, icons, divs and questionnaires for you to have. AND, I was nice enough not to plaster my website logo on the icons like you see on most sites. We even took effort to ensure the credit link on the layouts wasn’t hideous, it actually looks cute. PLUS, we did our best at matching it to the layouts. For those of you who do not abide by this, I can and will make certain the proper action is taken to ensure it doesn’t happen again. It is illegal to remove these. So, please... save the drama and just leave it on. You don't have to leave our link on the questionnaires, but you can.

B)ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY NO SUBMITTING MY ICONS, LAYOUTS, DIVS, QUESTIONNAIRES, GLITTERS OR ANY CONTENT FOUND ON PLUSHPOUT.COM to a myspace or ANY other social networking layout sharing site. All my layouts divs, icons and questionnaires were made by ME and should only ever be found on PLUSHPOUT.COM ONLY! If I notice, or someone else informs me that this is happening, I will contact the site in which MY layout, DIV, questionnaire, glitter or ANY other material found on plushpout.com was uploaded and find out who submitted the content, and the appropriate actions will be ensued. Please, just don’t waste your time, it’s really not worth it.

C)These layouts are NOT INTENDED AT ALL FOR COMMERCIAL USE. They are 100% FREE layouts, to be used on your personal myspace pages.

D)Never EVER EVER sell my layouts or claim them as your own!

E)The images used within the layouts are not allowed to be taken off and used for any purpose. The images used on the layouts are copyright (in SOME cases) of their respected owners.

F) You are welcome to alter the layouts as you'd like. HOWEVER, no matter how much you alter the layout, my credit link STAYS UP!

G) The pictures of celebrities in HOLLYWOOD->CELEB' GOSSIP were drawn/created by us and cannot leave our site without written permission from either Luc or myself, Krystal.
